The villa is located in the 'Universal' area of Kato Paphos
and is on a great complex which is ideal for families. To
walk to the Harbour area this will take approximately 15-
20 minutes. Just a few minutes walk away from the property
you will find a shop which sells all your essentials and
also a bar/restaurant which serves a wide range of Cypriot
and International dishes. The villa is beautifully furnished
and has 1 x double bedroom and 2 x twin bedrooms. The terrace
over looks the large swimming pool and gardens.
