Booking Conditions
   
 
1. Clients must be sure to check the pick-up time with their representative and should be ready at the pick-up point 10 minutes before departure. Clients failing to present themselves at the time of departure will forfeit the cost of their ticket.
   
 
2. Prices for all coach excursions include transportation to and from the pick-up points in fully air-conditioned coaches, the services of a professional tour guide and all entrance fees to places of interest unless otherwise stated.
   
  3. Lunch or dinner is not included in the excursion price except when specified.
   
  4. Children under the age of 12 are entitled to a 50% discount on all coach excursions except where specifically mentioned. Children under the age of 2 travel for free.
   
  5. A 100% cancellation fee is charged to clients who cancel their excursion less than 24 hours before departure.
   
 
6. Cyprus Apartment Holidays cannot be liable for any injury, damage or loss, nor for accidental delay caused through acts or omissions on the part of anyone engaged in providing transportation, meals and other services relative to the excursions featured on this website.
   
  7. Any personal belongings such as cameras, handbags etc. are entirely the responsibility of the client.
   
  8. Cyprus Apartment Holidays reserves the right to cancel, amend or alter the programme without previous notice wherever conditions deem it necessary.
   
  9. Riles of all monasteries and churches require that visitors are respectfully dressed i.e. no shorts or low cut blouses. Shoulders have to be covered.
   
  10. Please take note that it is not allowed to consume drinks and snacks on the coach.
